Albo marginata Hosta is a shade-loving herbaceous perennial primarily grown for its medium green foliage with wavy white margins.  Tall scapes of pale lavender bell-like flowers raise up above the mound in mid summer attracting butterflies and pollinators.  Best bloom in partial sun and moist well-drained soils.  Albo Marginata is one of the first hostas to return in spring and may lose its variegation temporarily in the hottest part of the summer.
