Roma Tomato is a compact bushy tomato with a heavy production of elongated orange-red fruits from mid-summer until frost.  The meaty paste-type tomatoes are mild and sweet with low moisture making them ideal for cooking.  Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, acidic well-drained soils. Perfect for containers.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:
 Low Maintenance.  Keep moisture consistent to prevent cracking and stem canker.  Watch for tomato hornworms, slugs, and pill bugs.  Excess moisture and humid weather invites fungal diseases like blight. Stake early to avoid pests and disease, and transplant after risk of frost.
