May Night Wood Sage is an upright clumping herbaceous perennial with medium green foliage and tall spikes of tiny two-lipped dark violet flowers in spring to early summer. Flowers best in full sun and moist well-drained soils. Drought tolerant, but regular watering and deadheading encourage re-blooming.
