Whirlwind Blue Fan Flower is a compact sprawling evergreen perennial with trailing stems with toothed green foliage.  The whorls of blue to blue-purple fan shaped flowers bloom continuously from mid-spring until frost.  Grows best with dappled sun and well-drained soils.  Grown as an annual when outside of zones 10-11.
